Recently, CEEDI successfully completed the cost quota of Shenshuo Railway Project of Shenhua Group.

This project is China’s first enterprise quota task in compliance with tendering procedure. It needs to complete 15 railway professional cost indicators, such as maintenance, public works, communications, signals and power supply.

Based on the investigation results, CEEDI’s project team completed the analysis and assessment report on the current quota management of Shenshuo Railway Project, sorted out and optimized its management process, and proposed planning suggestions.

The successful completion of this project marks CEEDI open its market in the quota consultation and corporate management.
