Recently CEEDI held the start-up meeting of the research and editing work on the four national compulsory standards (National engineering construction code) in Beijing. Undertaken by CEEDI, these four are the "General Code for Industrial Cleanrooms", "Code for Battery Production and Disposal Projects", "Data Center Project Code" and "Code for Waste Electrical and Electronic Products Processing Engineering Projects".     
 

The officials of the authorities and CEEDI leaders attached great importance to the meeting. Wu Luyang, Director of the Standards and Regulations Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and Huo Zhenwu, Director of the Planning Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology attended the meeting and delivered speeches to give specific requirements for the research and editing work. Lou Yu, CEEDI’s General Manager and Wang Li, CEEDI’s Deputy General Manager also attended the meeting and delivered welcome speeches. At the meeting, the participating experts conducted a detailed discussion on the outline of the research and editing work, and reached a consensus on the development of next steps.
