Recently Shenzhen China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd (CSOT) held the main equipment moving-in ceremony for the G11 TFT-LCD and AMOLED New Display Device Production Line Project (T6 Project) and the official start-up signing ceremony for the G11 Ultra-high-definition New Display Device Production Line Project (T7 Project) on the same day. The ceremonies were held in CSOT G11 Industrial Park in Guangming New District, Shenzhen.

SYC, a subsidiary of CEEDI, undertakes the consulting, engineering design and project management for T6 Project. 

The T6 Project has a total construction area of 900,000m² and its main plant is a panel manufacturing plant with the largest building unit in the world. The project completed the capping of the main plant in 12 months, and the main equipment was moved in within 18 months, creating a new speed in Shenzhen and demonstrating the service strength of CEEDI. The newly signed T7 project has a total investment of nearly 43 billion RMB Yuan. Compared with the T6 project, its design capacity has further increased the proportion of OLED products and adds printing and display technology. The products are mainly based on 8K (resolution) and added value to make up the market vacancy of 8K OLED product in China. After its completion, the project will help CSOT establish one of the largest and most competitive industrial bases in the world.
