Approved by the State Council, two experts of CEEDI, Mr. Su Gangmin, Secretary of the Party Committee of SYC, and Mr. Zhai Chuanming, principal of CEETC, are selected to enjoy the special government allowance from the State Council in 2016 to honor their contribution to the development of China’s engineering technology. SYC and CEETC are the subsidiaries of CEEDI.

The allowance is an incentive system of the State Council for senior experts and technicians which shows the care of the Central Committee of CPC and the State Council. CEEDI has totaled 15 experts enjoy this allowance.
