On 2^nd March, 2017, CEEDI signed a strategic cooperation agreement with MCC Overseas Ltd in Beijing. Mr. Zhang Dingyuan, CEEDI’s Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Zou Weimin, MCC’s Chairman of the Board gave a speech at the signing ceremony. 

The two companies agreed to cooperate on overseas market exploring, project financing, consulting and planning, engineering design and project management, and fully utilize the opportunities brought by the One Belt and One Road Strategy.
