As an EPC contractor, CEEDI implemented the Phase I of Prologis Huiyang Logistics Center which awarded LEED Silver Certificate in August 2016. The project is located in Huizhou, Guangdong Province and covers an area of 300,000 m². The floor area is about 100,000 m², including storehouse, office building and facility buildings.
