A+E Design, a subsidiary of CEEDI, and Vx3, a British company, wins Shenzhen Hualian Nanshan B Zone Project as a joint venture.

The project is located in Nanshan District of Shenzhen City. It covers an area of 34,000 m² with total floor area of 220,000 m². It is designed to be an ultra high-rise complex building with the philosophy of Ecological, Symbolic and Comprehensive. It is planned to create an eco-business area integrating with business center and eco-park.
