A+E Design, a subsidiary of CEEDI, presented at the ground breaking ceremony of Kerry Properties Qianhai Project. Mr Zhou Dongliang, General Manager of A+E Design was invited to the ceremony. Other attendants include Chief Director of Qianhai Shekou FTA, Vice President of Kerry Group, President of Kerry Properties etc.

The project is located in the central area of Qianhai and is close to the coastline. It covers an area of 32,000 m² with total floor area of 195,000 m². The project consists of business, flat and commercial functions. It is the first commercial project in Qianhai Shekou FTA, and also the first project invested by a Hong Kong company in this FAT.

Besides this project, CEEDI has undertaken several projects in Qianhai Shekou FTA including Shenzhen Subway Qianhai Station Office Building Phase III, ZBJ Technology Center and Hualian Real State Nanshan Plot B Project etc.
