CEEDI recently signed the design contract with Hainan Shuner Investment Management Co., Ltd. for China Town International Cultural Mall i Automotive Garden Apartment Project.

The project is located on the west of Hunna Street and the south of Nanhai Avenue in Haikou City. The i-Automotive Garden Apartment and China Town are named together as China Town International Cultural Mall. The i-Automotive Garden Apartment covers an area of 13,000m² with a total floor area of 130,000m². The building includes two underground floors and 46 floors with a height of 210m. The design adopts the concept of green building with optimized space distribution. The apartment owner’s vehicles can drive into the building elevator, and the owner can have a view on the parking place and sky garden in their living room.

The design standard is high due to the project is located in the city center and near high-speed railway. After completion the automotive garden apartment will become the first in China and the highest in the world. Winning the project enhances CEEDI’s competitiveness on skyscraper design.
