On 12^th November 2015, Tianjin Binhai Taida Logistic Park held Award Ceremony for Parties participated in rescue work after the 8.12 Explosion at Tianjin Port. Mrs. Hu Ping, president of CEEDI was invited to the ceremony and gave a speech.

CEEDI is honored due to its contribution to building detection and reconstruction after the 8.12 Explosion.

On 12^th August 2015, massive explosions have hit the Binhai New District in Tianjin. After the explosion occurred, CEEDI immediately dispatched three teams totaled 30 experts to carry out the emergency detection on the explosion site. The first team of experts arrived at the Binhai Taida Logistic Park 18 hours after the explosion. The major detection work focused on National Super Computer Tianjin Center and the detection work finished at 24:00 on 13^th August. On 17^th August, the emergency detection of all eight buildings and underground (about 160,000m2) facilities were completed. It laid foundation for the follow-up reconstruction work.

So far, CEEDI has completed detection work for Fenghua Science & Technology Park, Lianfa Group Residential Project and COFCO Oil Tank Project in the Park. The total detection area is over 530,000m².
