CEEDI wins the bid for Dayu Public Rental Housing Project and City Lighting Maintenance Management Technical Building in Bengbu City, Anhui Province.

Dayu Public Rental Housing Project is located in Dayu Cultural Industry Park in Bengbu. It covers an area of 110,000m² with total investment of one billion RMB Yuan. The project consists of 11 buildings in Plot 1# and 13 buildings in Plot 2#. CEEDI undertakes the design of five buildings that include 1-10#、1-11#、1-12#、2-10# and 2-11#.

These five buildings are all industrialization pilot project. Each building has 18 floors with steel structure. The total design area is over 53,000m².

The City Lighting Maintenance Management Technical Building in Bengbu is a public building that has six floors with total floor area of 5000m².

Both projects are listed as industrialization pilot project in Bengdu.
