The construction work of BOE G10.5 TFT-LCD Plant Project and Corning G10.5 LCD Glass Substrate Plant Project designed by SYC, a subsidiary of CEEDI, officially launched in Xinzhan District, Hefei Province. Mrs. Hu Ping, CEEDI’s president and Mr. Du Xiaoyang, SYC’s General Manager were invited to present at the ceremony. Other attendance includes Mayor of Hefei Municipality and relevant officials of Anhui Provincial Government.

BOE G10.5 TFT-LCD Plant is planned to produce large-size TFT-LCD board with a designed production capacity of 90,000 pieces per month. The size of produced board is 3370×2940mm. The total investment is 40 billion RMB Yuan. The plant will put into production in the second quarter of 2018 and the annual output value will reach 30 billion RMB Yuan. After completion, BOE’s production capacity will be the top 3 in global LCD industry. And Hefei Province will be the largest LCD industrial base in China. The project also makes China becoming a country with the most advanced LCD production line in the world.

The design for the projects marks that SYC’s ability in engineering design and project management has reached the world level.
