CEEDI wins the bid of the design for Tangshan Tiexi Lerthai Plaza. It is a commercial complex located in the Western Trade Logistics Park, Lubei District, Tangshan, Hebei Province. This project is jointly invested by China Lerthai, Hua Mao Group and Carrefour Group and the total investment is 3.2 billion RMB. It covers more than 100,000 m2 with total floor area of 650,000m2, and includes shopping center, SOHO apartment, five-star hotel, office building and underground parking lot. After completion, it will become a new landmark of Tangshan.
