The commencement of Samsung Headquarters Project was held in Beijing. It is designed by SYC, a subsidiary of CEEDI. The attendants invited to the ceremony include Mr. Jin Zhangzhu, Chief Manager of Samsung Life Insurance, Mr. Zhang Yuanji, Chief Manger of Samsung China, and Mr. Piao Yinxia, Commercial Counselor of South Korea Embassy in China, Mrs. Hu Ping, President of CEEDI and Mr. Du Xiaoyang, General Manager of SYC.
This project, located in CBD of Beijing, is jointly invested by Samsung Life Insurance and Samsung C&T. The total investment is 4.3 billion RMB Yuan and the total floor area is 170,000m². The building is 260m high with 57 floors above ground and six floors underground and will be completed at the end of 2016. Following Yintai Center and Beijing IFC, it will be the third CEEDI’s project which becomes a new landmark in the core of CBD.
In recent years, CEEDI has been taking several projects of Samsung including Samsung (Suzhou) Semiconductor Project and Samsung V-NAND Production Plant Project in Xian. CEEDI’s service has been highly recognized by Samsung and a favorable relationship is established between CEEDI and Samsung.
