CEEDI wins the EPC contract for Prologis Huiyang International Logistics Park (Phase I). The project is invested by Prologis, which is listed in the top 500 companies rated by Standard & Poor""s and also one of the largest global logistic companies.
The project is located in Huiyang District of Huizhou, Guangdong Province, covering an area of 300,000 m². It will be implemented by two phases, including nine single-layer logistic storage facilities and other support facilities such as buildings for equipment keeping and property management, parking facility for trucks, small vehicles and bicycles, and public restroom etc. Phase I contains the whole site grading (300,000 m²) and the construction for Warehouse #1 - #4.
