The commencement for CSOT G6 LTPS-LCD Production Line was held in Wuhan Optics Valley on 16th September 2014. SYC, a subsidiary of CEEDI, takes the design and EPCM for this project. Mrs. Hu Ping, CEEDI’s president and Mr. Du Xiaoyang, SYC’s General Manager were invited to present at the commencement and accept the CSOT’s award of Excellent Supplier due to SYC’s splendid performance in this project.
It is the first LTPS-LCD production line in China and its total investment is 16 billion RMB Yuan. The project mainly produces medium & small size panels with high-quality standard and the output of Phase I will reach 30,000 pieces per month. It will be put into operation at the end of 2016. After completion, the total annual output will be 88 million pieces of LCD panels or modules, of which the value will be over 10 billion RMB Yuan.
