CEEDI signed the design contract for Zhongguancun Mobile Intelligent Innovation Park with Beijing Sunlon Information Technology Investment Company.
The project is located at No.29 Xierqi Central Street, Haidian District, Beijing. Its total investment is one billion RMB Yuan. It covers an area of 7 hectares with the total floor area of 300,000 m² and the volume ratio of 3.5.
As the Chinese government is raising the standard for higher volume ratio of high-tech industrial park, this project will be a great experience for CEEDI to perform relative design works in future.
