A+E Design, a subsidiary of CEEDI, signed the architecture design contract for the Ningbo Evergrande City Light Project (plot C3-5#) with Chengbo (Ningbo) estate Co., Ltd. This project is located in the new town in the east of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province and planned by Cesar Pelli, an outstanding American architect.
CEEDI will make the design for Plot C3-5# where the floor area is 160,000 m² in total and a 200m-high super skyscraper is planned to be built. The plot will have office building, recreations, entertaining and shopping mall and will make Ningbo a economic center among the southeast cities in China.
