The completion ceremony for the Peking University International Hospital, which is entitled to be China’s largest hospital and Asia’s largest mono-architecture for medical use, was held on 15th November 2014. CEEDI carried out the architecture design and EPCM for this project and CEEDI’s President Hu Ping was invited to give a speech at the ceremony.
In the speech, Hu mentioned that the project fully shows CEEDI’s idea and excellent design and management for modern hospital through its rational layout, comfortable environment, advanced facilities and multiple functions.
The hospital has a total floor area of 440,000 m² with 36 medical centers and 49 medical disciplines. It represents the most advanced hospital in China that shows the innovation of the medical service model with a digital medical service system adopted. The hospital has already become Beijing""s biggest non-profit hospital.
