CEEDI won the bid of Shanghai Pudong Gateway Plaza Project. This project is located in Caohejing Pujiang High-tech Park in Minxing District, Shanghai. It covers an area of 25,000m² with the designed floor area of 75,000m². This project is invested by Bestride Group and contains business building and hotel. The hotel will be a featured business hotel in the High-tech Park.
It is CEEDI’s first time for to collaborate with Bestride Group, and also a great opportunity to expand CEEDI’s market in Shanghai.
