SYC, the subsidiary of CEEDI, undertakes the engineering design for Jinggangshan Hongyun Database Center Project, which is one of the major construction projects and will be the first very large database (VLDB) center in Jiangxi Province. After completion, the database center will become the database of China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan (CELAJ) and Chinese revolutionary history and will provide informationization and data storage services for local governments of Jiangxi Province and financial industry.

The project is pided into two phases with a total floor area of 24,000 m2. Phase I contains eight machine rooms and one power center. The butterfly-shaped structure is adopted in the general plan and the energy efficiency is considered in the design. The air-conditioning system and electrical system are designed in accordance with Grade A standard stipulated in the code for design of electronic information system room, of which the PUE is lower than 1.5.
