Beijing Century Yuanbo, a subsidiary of CEEDI, and the local government of Gulang Town signed the contract for the 600MW Solar PV Ecosystem Industrial Park Project on 23th November 2013. The officicals of Gulang Government and the managers from Beijing Century Yuanbo attended in the signing ceremony.

The total investment of the project is 6 billion RMB Yuan, covering an area of 3,295 acres. The project will be constructed by three phases and the capacity for each phase is 100MW, 200MW and 300MW. The design is made based on the geographical conditions in Gulang.

The development strategy features solar PV, desertification prevention, eco-agriculture and promoting local development. After completion, it will become the national demonstration park of new generation solar PV ecosystem in China and achieve the integrated application of solar energy utilization and desertification prevention

The cooperation on this project is a key step in CEEDI’s Five Year Strategic Development Plan and a milestone for CEEDI to starting expansion in new energy industry.
