On April 25, 2009, the launching ceremony of the Phase 3 plant project of MFLEX Suzhou Co., Ltd was held in Wuzhong Development Zone of Suzhou. Beijing Shiyuan Xida Engineering Technology Co. undertook the general engineering contracting of this project. Leaders of Wuzhong district of Suzhou, CEO of MFLEX Mr Reza Meshgin especially from USA, vice president of China region Lance Jin and other senior management, deputy president of CEEDI Yu Shiyi, Guo Huiping and leaders from Xida attended the ceremony.

On the ceremony, deputy president Mr Guo congratulated on MFLEX Suzhou Co., Ltd successfully starting the Phase 3 plant. As to cooperating with MFLEX Suzhou again, he said Xida Engineering would continue to carry forward the spirit of good organization, excellent management and construction and provide MFLEX Suzhou with high quality service. The CEO Mr Reza Meshgin of US MFLEX attached great importance to the second time cooperation with CEEDI. He stated that the Phase 3 plant was the major and critical project of MFLEX. Choosing to cooperate with Xida Engineering again showed that MFLEX greatly trusted in Xida Engineering of CEEDI. Since the Phase 1 plant was established in 1994, Xida Engineering participated in the rebuilding of the Phase 1 plant and the general engineering contracting of Phase 2 plant altogether. This time, the Phase 3 plant project covered a construction area of 55000 square meters. The completion of this project would make MFLEX Suzhou be the star enterprise in Wuzhong Development Zone of Suzhou.
