The grand ceremony in honor of the 60^th anniversary of PRC was held and celebrated by various circles of the capital at the Tiananmen Square of Beijing in the morning of Oct.1, 2009. Grand military review and mass pageant involving 200,000 soldiers and civilians was held to celebrate this great National Day. Hu Jingtao and other leaders of the Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the Nation came to the Tiananmen tower and celebrated new China’s 60th anniversary together with billions of people. Representatives of the 17th National Congress of the CPC, President and secretary of the Party committee of CEEDI Hu Ping and the 11th CPPCC National Committee and deputy chief engineer Mu Jingxiang were invited as honored guests to watch the military review and other celebration activities at the reviewing stand and were invited to watch the 60^th anniversary gala of PRC held at the Tiananmen Square celebrated by various circles of the capital.

With inspiring speeches by leaders, grand military review, spectacular mass pageant and magnificent National Day night, President Hu Ping and deputy chief engineer Mu Jingxiang witnessed the great historical moment of motherland’s 60th anniversary celebration at the scene and personally experienced the new Chinese sight with significantly increased economic power and comprehensive national strength as well as unprecedentedly enhanced international status, which was the honor and pride for CEEDI. With 60 years’ glory, new China gave us unlimited confidence, courage and strength which also would inspire China Electronics Engineering Design Institute (CEEDI) with 56 years history to stand at a new starting point and further explore, innovate and develop scientifically, making great contribution to steady and rapid development of economy and jointly writing a new chapter in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!
