Recently, the Phase I Expansion No.2 Project (involving industrial plant and other 7 construction projects) of Renesas Semiconductor (Beijing) Co., Ltd., of which the consultation and design are undertaken by S.Y. Technology Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. (S.Y.C), an international engineering company founded by CEEDI and the construction general contracting undertaken by CEEDI won the silver medal of Beijing Building (Structure) Great Wall Cup in the Building (Structure) Quality Evaluation for the Great Wall Cup organized by Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.

As the long-term cooperative partner of Renesas, a world top semiconductor producer, CEEDI has been providing it with high-quality technical services for more than 10 years, becoming a trustworthy partner of Renesas. The Phase I Expansion No.2 Project of Renesas, with a total plot area of around 17,600 square meters and a total floor area of over 43,000 square meters, is the first construction general contracting project undertaken by CEEDI. As long as the project goes into production, Renesas’s annual production capacity will double to 1.32 billion. Kicking off construction in March 2008, the project was completed early this year.
