The waste heat power generator unit for Dianxi Hongta cement plant, designed and built by CYBC, a subsidiary of CEEDI, has been connected to the municipal grid and starts its commissioning on 30th March 2012.
This project includes six sets of waste heat boilers and one 6MW condensing turbine power generator, designed to utilize the waste heat released by the three cement clinker kiln feed hoppers (1000T/d) and the waste heat of kiln end. It features CEEDI’s cascade utilization technology of waste heat which raises the utilization ratio and reduces the exhaust temperature.
