With CEEDI’s technical services and support, the 10MW saturated steam power generator unit for Jiangxi Copper Corporation starts its commissioning. The target of this project is to utilize the waste steam released during lead smelting process. It is CEEDI’s first condensing steam generator unit with internal moisture removal and reheating saturation. The main steam turbine collects the saturated steam (3.8MPa, 98t/h) from fuming furnace, KIVCET furnace and fluidized bed furnace as its intake and the rated steam extraction flow is 0.785Pa and 55.6t/h, the maximum extraction flow is 0.785Pa and the maximum power generation efficiency can reach 12MW.
