The saturated steam generator unit for Tangshan sheet material plant, undertaken by CYBC, a subsidiary of CEEDI, has been connected to the municipal grid and starts its commissioning. A set of 13.9 MW saturated steam power generator is installed to utilize the low pressure saturated steam released by the existing production line, including a 3x120t converter, 1x250t/h walking beam reheating furnace and 3x160t/h regenerative heating furnace.
This project features CEEDI’s patent technology of multi-stage?impulse stream turbine with internal moisture removal and reheat to raise the utilization ratio of the saturated steam power generation.
