The Asia’s highest residential building - Donghai International Center, designed by A+E Design, a subsidiary of CEEDI will complete its main structure recently. It will become a new landmark in Shenzhen.
Located at Shennan Revenue, Futian District, the complex includes five-star hotel, commercial offices, luxurious residential flat and shopping mall. There are two residential buildings with heights of 308.6m and 283.5m, connected by an air corridor. The total floor area is 230,000 m² and the steel framework is adopted in the project. The building is environmental friendly: glass curtain wall reduces the lighting installation within the building and the roof garden brings high quality living space for residents.
This design is highly praised and received many local architecture design awards in Shenzhen in 2011.
